Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your appointment you MUST contact me 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation after the 24 hour period will result in 50% charge of your service.
No Call No Show Policy:
No call no shows will result in 75% of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS. To book again with me you MUST pay your service in full ahead of your appointment time.
Lash Appointment Readiness Policy:
Come to your appointment Product, Makeup & Contact free. A inconvenience fee of $10 will occur if you come to your appointment with a dirty face/body part.
Late Fees/ Late Policy:
Late Fees are $10 after the 5 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you MUST reschedule. If you do not reschedule you WILL be charged 50% of your service automatically.
Deposit Policy:
A $20 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED for all lash services, Deposits go towards your service.
After Hours Policy:
After business hours will be determined as after hours. 10:30am-4pm are our business afters. 4pm or later are considered After Hours. All after hour appointments will be an extra $35.
Refunds/Returns:
All Sales are final. There will be no refunds or returns given out.
Rules & Regulations:
No extra guest, be on time, respect my suite & rules. Location will be provided after booking; be sure to enter the correct info such as Name, Phone Number & Email.
Payment Method Policy:
Remaining balance of your service MUST be paid with EXACT CASH. Any other form of payment will include a $5 inconvenience fee.
Maintenance Policy:
MUST notify me in the 24 hour period prior to your appointment for maintenance. Any date later, issues will NOT be fixed & issues will be on you to deal upon unless you pay the maintenance fee of $35 dollars which is just to fix any impurities.
