FAQ'S

  1. How Long Before I Can Receive My Order? Processing time for orders is 3-7 business days(Monday-Friday). Business days do not include the weekend & holidays. Due to COVID-19 the volume of orders have increased so please allow additional time for processing orders. Once your order has been shipped it will take 4-7 business days to reach destination. 

2. Can I Return or Cancel My Order? We are unable to offer returns or cancellations due to all sales being FINAL.

3. Where do we ship? All Orders are sent through USPS. USPS will only allow shipments to valid street addresses. If you provide KLuxeAllure with the incorrect address, then that is 100% up to you. We can not fix any problems with shipping due to an incorrect address so please double check yourself. 

KLuxeAllure is NOT responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be effected by customs, natural disasters/occurrences, transfers from USPS to local carrier. Please check with your local postal service for any updates on your tracking once we've provided your tracking number.

4. Lash Appointment Deposit/Remaining Balance? A $15 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED for all services. Remaining balance must be paid in Exact Cash Or Card at the time service is rendered. Any other form of payment will result in a $5 Inconvenience Fee. NO REFUNDS for any service. 

5. Lash Appointment Readiness? Come to your appointment Product, Makeup & Eye Contacts Free! Lashes must be cleaned, free of any dirt/debris. Inconvenience fee of $10 will occur if you come with a dirty face. Please be on time. Late fees are $10, after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. 

6. Lash Cancellation Policy? No call No Show will result in charging of 100% of your service. To cancel your appointment you must contact me 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation after the 24 hour period will result in 50% of your service charge. 

7. Extra Information for lash appt? No extra guest allowed. Please park on side of the street/in a parking spot. Respect my home. Everyones lash set will look different due to eye shape, lash set, natural lashes, curl of extensions, and thickness/length of lashes. Your beauty will be different than others that's what makes you special.

8. Good care for lashes? Do NOT get your lashes wet for the first 48 hours, avoid steam, heat & water. Do not wear mascara, try to avoid any eye makeup. Avoid Oily Products, use water based /oil free products. Brush your lashes daily, Wash your lashes every 3 days with KLuxeAllure Lash Cleanser/Shampoo for $13. Do not sleep on your face or tug on your lashes. No sauna or tanning bed for 48 hours. Last but not least be beautiful & show them off. 

Disclaimers:

With lash extensions/ Products an allergic reaction is always a possibility. Everyones tolerance to sensitivity varies to eyelids, lash glue, skin products, etc. 

I will not lash anyone with irritated eyes, styes, pink eye, swollen eyes, sores or any abnormal eye conditions.
